Oh my God 😂

Hello fellow introverts! Instead of talking to people I have an Instagram account to shout my opinions about books into the void. Id love it if any of you would be willing to take a look and give me feedback on the reviews. I feel like they aren't quite at the level I'm aiming for.

I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

15 steps 😬
WFH, but when I didn’t, my upward limit was 30 minutes. I would suggest audiobooks for that commute. It doesn’t have to kill your soul if you can turn it into entertainment or a learning opportunity.
I gave up a 2 hour commute to work from home, and couldn't be happier.
About the same give or take. I did switch my in office days based on traffic. It seems certain days are not as trafficky! 😆
Either 20 steps or 10 minutes if I go into the office.

Bruh. I would not. Right now I'm at 30 mins. That's my limit.
20min
I work from home, I love it.
my 1st job was 38 mile drive both ways. i worked for an investment company. thankfully my work hours were that of the stock market, early PST.
did not feel it, until i got a job closer to home, 10 miles and regular traffic.
start looking.. there are opportunities closer to home.
I did hour each way for a year now I do one day a week at 30 mins each way. An hour was costing any time with my family on work days so I made the change and haven't regretted it yet.
When I go into the office it’s probably similar. I’m not driving the whole time though, I take a train and walk a little bit. I only do it 2-3 days a week.
Some days, 20 steps, some days 4 miles.
That's tough. One of the trade-offs to working in a bigger city. Hopefully, you are gaining some good experience so you can get another roll that lets you get some of your time back.
I feel you. Mine is 3.5-4 hours round trip.

Damn. I'm sorry. That DFW Metroplex is huge.
15 mins one way.
4 miles, takes 20 minutes, thanks not to traffic, but to traffic lights.
