I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I just want to say to the Indian managers / SMs etc. stop taking everything so seriously and stressing people out on your teams. I have had managers who put initiative work so high in importance that it stresses me out about client work. Chill out and stop emailing on weekends. Hang out with your families! Doesn’t mean don’t work hard but chill the heck out people. Clearly this is just a job that doesn’t pay you well enough in the first place why are you stressing other people out too?!
