While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). The based salary is low $120k. Firm is in Tx. I’d love to hear your comments.

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
