Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

It took mine like three weeks to get to me. Hopefully this isn’t the norm and you get yours quicker. Good luck on the new role!

I left pwc a month and 10 days ago and still haven't received that info... I'm going to have to call them
I don’t think they mail it until 30 days after you separate if I remember correctly
I would say you don’t need to wait for the docs, call the company where your account is and ask them to start the transfer process. You may have fill some papers and send back.
I just dealt with this and it was a pain in the ass IMO. Call PWC Help, press the number for HR, then the number for 401k. If you have your benefits express PIN and employee ID, give it a shot and try to log in over the phone. If you can’t log in after a few tries, it will send you to a representative. Ask the person to mail you a new PIN. It will come via snail mail within 10 days. Try logging in again using the phone prompts above. If it still doesn’t work, you likely have a “legacy” employee ID. Call PWC help AGAIN, press for HR, then wait for the end for “all other questions”. Tell the person your situation and ask if you have a different employee ID now. They’ll give it to you over the phone as long as you can verify it’s you (SSN, etc. ) Once you’ve got it all sorted out, you can make 401k decisions over the phone, or there’s a website the benefits express representative can give you. Good luck.
