Think I’m going to get the J&J vaccine. Has anyone had anything weird happen to them since doing this one or heard of anything weird? I have had COVID already and have antibodies but feel like the walls are closing in on me here.

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?

USI folks - Do you know if the Sum assured of the health insurance offered by Deloitte is for per year or total. Context, I am currently at Deloitte US and thinking of requesting a USI transfer because of a serious health issue for one of my parents. Would be really thankful if someone can clarify 1)Will parents existing conditions/treatment (Chemotherapy ) be covered from my day of joining and 2) Will sum assured will reset every year (if yes, then when, January or our FY). I am beyond stuck in my first 1.5 years of my career.

I was over promised opportunities at my first gig and then Covid hit. Leading me to have no portfolio worthy pieces from this 💩 agency with nothing great in sight. (place hasn’t won a pitch in my entire time here + lost clients)

Does anyone have tips regarding attending social events, such as happy hours with coworkers and express that drinking isn’t my preference?
With me being the only one on my team who doesn’t drink, it causes me to stick out, and others constantly question why I’m not drinking.

I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size). Started walking more and incorporating some cardio videos, thinking of getting a machine for my apartment (bike, elliptical, etc.)…any recommendations of best machine to incorporate or additional fitness ideas?

Is it just me or is strength training the hip new workout for weight loss? Before this people recommended HIIT and before that it was cardio. What makes us so sure that this time strength training really is gonna be the key and it’s not just another trend?

Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers.
