Following. I will be going solo in my 4th year
Rising Star
1 YOE as a barred attorney, but really had about 3 years of working experience. Only did & continue to do PI. First 16-18 months I was fully remote & then moved into a physical office once my baby started becoming too loud to work from home with.
If you’re starting from scratch, save yourself the money and run your firm as remotely and as meanly as possible. Your first year will mostly be expenses; don’t make it worse by taking on rent if you don’t need to.
Not a solo but I represent solo and small law firms as outside General Counsel. Feel free to DM me if you’d like a free consult and I do a free educational review for template engagement agreements if you’re interested, just email to: Jeff.cunningham@mgclaw.com.
