Honestly I hate Linked in and I hardly ever get on it or post on my own page. I haven't updated my page in I don't even know how long. I used to keep up with it for the sake of applying for jobs but I never once got a job from Linked in so I stopped using it as much.

How is the Business Operations (BO) team at ZS?
Particularly at AC level.

1. WLB as I have heard is pretty pathetic at ZS. Is it same in BO team as well?

Got promoted for L4 , SIM has been raised for me. Manager and L5 approvals given. HM said its in process and will take sometime. Can someone tell me how long will this process take. Its already been 2 weeks and didn’t get any mail.

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?
