I also do this as feeelance on the side, so where do I draw the line between who I refer to the company I work for or who I personally do freelance for? It’s that time when pride briefs are rolling across our desks. We should collectively write a guide on pride campaigns, what to do and what not to do. Anyone want to share their advice?

Had an associate of mine recently confront me and say he has a crush on me. Told him nope and that would be very unprofessional. He has reassured me that this won’t impact our working dynamic but lately there’s been a lot of pushback on any direction given to him or the team. I’m growing concerned he is holding something against me.
