The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .

Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Look at the wage determination and draw your parallels. For contract admin at least. Proposal manager depends a lot of the scale of your bd/proposal team(s). How sophisticated a process they’re actually running - full color teams, capture mgmt, etc. And the scale of things you’re going after. I would rather overpay slightly for bd/capture/proposal folks who then over deliver what my company with a generic team could bring in.
You're a "president" going to a SM role??
I was asking for junior level contact admins or procurement specialist who have similar industry experience as Hagerty! Always looking out for my ‘littles’.
A contracting administrator is typically a low level role, below manager level. Senior proposal manager, I probably wouldn't say much beyond $140k in an HCOL city, with $110-$120k probably being average. How many years of experience are these roles calling for? Location?
