Hi folks, I have an offer from one of the well known startups for performance marketing role with almost 50% hike should I consider it or not. My details include 3.5 years of experience in paid media role, currently working as a Sr Executive for Paid Search also my current package is 6.6 Lpa. all those who have joinings in coming months in Tcs, think twice before joining. i m itself a victim. forcefull wfo is the worst kind of thing here, no shift flexibility nothing, all project ppl asking 5 days- 9 hrs whichever I got call from....i bet if you have any other counter offers- better go with that. its been 7 months i joined & i resigned!

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
