My aunt is flexing her daughter makes 1L per month. She recently joined EY India as a fresher.

Am from Tech consulting and it usually starts around 5 lpa for us.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
