Hi, did anybody ever experience wrong tax calculations by JPMC Payroll/tax team ? Or is there any specific month where they deduct more tax. Huge amount of tax deduction is done for Oct payout. From my CA’s calculation the amount deducted by JPMC team looks wrong. Anybody experienced this?

Interview at Amazon and you will have 3-4. Last one is an all day event where you present 3 case studies on 5 different calls with an hour break in between. Go through that, and you can easily handle anything from any other company.
3-4 is acceptable. Anything more is a waste of everyone's time. You either want to hire the person or you don't.

If I really want the job, the limit does not exist. But I do get real annoyed if they make me do more than 4 or 5.

3-4. I requested a 4th because I wanted more info, and would have done a 5th if it were relevant.
Last hiring round did 5, 3 of them felt redundant. That was a little silly.
Recently went through 5 rounds + a design test and didn't get the job. I was pretty salty to have wasted 10+ hours in this process alone.

3-4.
It's like bringing concepts to clients. If they can't make up their mind, they dunno what they want. (And their filtration system has already failed so why bother with the 5th and 6th?)
Google it. Google themselves researched this topic. Point of diminishing returns and people simply agreeing with each other in the later rounds.
One agency I was interviewing at had me chat with the creative recruiter twice and then 4 different CDs. Then later, after those went extremely well and got great responses, they wanted me to talk with several more creatives. I passed.
I don't need to meet the entire agency, you either want to hire me or you don't

It’s little different now that we’re doing mostly virtual interviews. the notion of rounds is different from the days you’d come in for a half day of in person.
Before - it was typically a recruiter screen, call with hiring manager, 2 rounds of interviews, then maybe one more interview [final chem check with President, Office Lead, etc].
now I feel like 5-6 phone calls is the norm and is easier to navigate than in person days where you clear your calendar.
I went through 6 rounds for an AE position at a small agency then decided it seemed like a circus to need so many rounds over 4+ weeks for an AE position. And the last round was finally with the person who would have been my manager after meeting the VP and co-founder. Major red flag. They gave me an offer but I didn’t accept.
4 max which does not include the recruiter.
1 from your immediate manager
1 from your immediate manager’s manager or someone at the same level in another dept that you will work closely with
2 from the team you will be managing or working in
Like everyone one else said, you either know or you don’t. If there is any doubt there is no doubt then.
