If you started your career in retail banking as a relationship banker, what would be different paths you could take if you’re ready for a change? I’ve been told I have great customer service but my weakness is lending. I would love to staying in banking but as a 1st gen I don’t know what my options are or what I can do to open new opportunities. I have 1 1/2 year experience and a B.S. Business Admin degree.

Since summer started, working from home has been a blessing. I’m tanner than ever since I’m not stuck in the office until the sound goes down. And there’s something awesome about taking a conference call sitting out by the pool. It makes me feel way more important than I am.

Last year I told my class about my partner and it was the best decision ever made. My admins, students, and parents were supportive and had no affect at all. I can’t wait to share my loved ones each year and how I joined a Varsity Gay League Kickball team as well. I even have parents interested in creating a team. For senior product manager role in S&P global Market Intelligence, how much can I ask for with current offer in hand? Does S&P provide entire fixed or there is a variable component?

How much of Variable Pay is Paid ?? I got 15% of Base salary but how much will be paid like the usual norm i want to know

And what are the deductions from Base salary apart from PF ?
