With 13+ yoe for Sr QE role , grade 26 , hr is offering 18L as fixed 3.6V. Is this okay per industry standard? HR says internal parity on pay issue if 20L fixed. Is this true ?Optum Optum Global Solutions also 0 JB with 90days but ready to offer 2L for 30days notice. Please advice

I work in a sucky IBM cic, making $54k. It’s a full time job with regular benefits and vacation etc, it’s working with government clients. The job isn’t what I applied for & constantly changes. I don’t like that, but I’m a full time employee which is “stable employment”. Btw, I’m in the DC area.
