Isn’t too low variable pay? Meaning if you have 4lakhs as variable pay then only 60k employee will get which is 15% of 4lakhs

No no, i mentioned its 5-15% of your fixed pay as part of the offer u get. But generally u get 100% of variable pay, for ur example u will get 4lakhs in month of march.

Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week .
