How much should I ask for Sr. AI Engineer at Teradata? (Gave interviews and got shortlisted)

My Present situation with Oracle:
I have 4 YoE (+2 Master’s, so total of 6 years), currently a Senior Data Scientist at Oracle India with 20 LPA base and ~20L per year stock value (80L total over 4 years of stocks).

This is my first switch with no other offers— Advice would be extremely helpful.

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.
