How much time does it usually take for Capgemini to release the offer letter?

Every time I check with HR, they mention that it’s “waiting for GT ID approval.”

Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows how long this process normally takes? Any insights would be really helpful. 🙏

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
