I do $100 each. The money means more to them than to me.

Same boat but for two. We decided to give 100 to the teacher watching 4 kids total and 50 each the the two teachers watching 8 kids. Realize that daycare teachers are still low earners even if BOS childcare costs are through the roof

100 it is! Thanks folks

Damn y’all rich rich

You trust daycare people with your iPhone??

My financial advisor mentioned Nationwide Variable Universal Life Insurance Accumulator would be a good financial instrument as we are now in a higher tax bracket. This type of life insurance seems complicated and has some fees attached that stresses me out (although the return sounds better than other life insurance). Anyone have this plan or thoughts on VUL?!? Need advice.

We are looking to rent a 1BR starting in January, ideally for ~$3k/month. I’ll be working in the downtown area.

Do you recommend we go for a serviced/luxury apartment (e.g. Montaje, 345 Harrison, etc.) or hire a broker to get a “normal” apartment?

Any managed buildings recommendations within our budget? Also, what are some good brokers we could work with?

Thanks!
