nuts and seeds for amazing nutrient value... more nutrient bang for your caloric buck, but watch for the amount of nuts and seeds you eat, all depends on your caloric needs.
I feel like this isn’t true lol. Isn’t is less nutrients per calorie? Less bang for your buck? Vegetables undoubtedly have more nutrients per calorie.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Instead of reaching for a bag of chips or other unhealthy snack, I replaced all my snacks with fruits (apples, blackberries, etc.) and I would lose some weight without even trying.
Cucumber and hummus, pickles, nuts (pistachios, peanuts), popcorn, fruit (bananas, berries, I rinse them cut them up and put them in an open bowl to encourage eating), yogurt, overnight oats 👍🏻👍🏻
