I only really post when I have something meaningful to share like a promotion or switching companies. Other than that I'll maybe scroll through it for 10-15 mins a day to see if there's anything interesting and leave a few likes
Honestly, almost never. I check my LinkedIn a few times a week but I only get spam messages and the content on my feed isn't the quality it used to be. I keep my profile updated in case I find myself on the job search but I don't do much else on LinkedIn.
I don't use it regularly, but I get plenty of job offers via LinkedIn. At some point, I was more deliberate and authentic with my posts and they pretty much tanked, but I reminded myself that it's a platform for seeking employment and to treat it as such.
A few mins a day
I don’t since the pandemic it has turned into not really a professional platform. As far as hearing from recruiters yes. However, it has also turned into go fund me & lots of ppl begging for jobs. Which can be depressing or how many recruiters have ghosted. Etc I get in on Facebook but not really why on LinkedIn. Open to work thats different.
I'll be honest I don't realy use Linked in and Never really have. Even when I apply for jobs on there I can't seem to get a call back so I have just never found it to be useful.
