How often do you switch from liking your job to hating it? It’s almost every other day where I go from hoping to stay around for years to wanting to leave. I’ve got a pretty good thing going overall but I’m always wondering what else might be out there that’s even better.

Has anyone successfully transferred teams in the same agency? At a prior agency when my partner & I did, it was an “issue”. Trying to do something now but respect everyone. Ppl are just so protective.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features.
