How often do your team have after work events like happy hours, dinners, or other “team building” activities? Is it me or have these been cut back a ton?

Curious if anyone else has a side gig that they are at least somewhat successfully balancing in addition to their full-time position. I feel like I’m drowning and I’m starting to wonder if it’s just me or if others are finding it impossible to make this work.

Hello! I’ve been in Compliance now Dow approx 6 years and want to make myself marketable. Besides a JD what other masters can I obtain?

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?
