How role based band progression works in Wipro?
Suppose someone in B1 needs to get B2,
Now if the manager tagged in N+1 so after 6 months it will be automatically promoted to B2?
Or again there's some criteria like how many people are completed N+1 6 months then again manager needs to nominate someone that person only will get B2 even after serving N+1 6 months?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
