If your annual appraisal brings 10k -15k INR increase in your monthly salary, then you can stay there. If you get 5k increase per month in hand , then you need to change after spending 2-3 years.

Till 10 year of Exp, you must change atleast 3 company and should be in fourth. Then you can change after every 4-5 year. And Retire after 25 year of service. Specially for cyber folks.
