I’d be annoyed but also thankful to still have a job. Nothing you can really do other than if you feel strongly about it, find a new job.
I guess it depends on how much your bonus usually is compared to the $200 gift card. How did you find out about this change?

Mild disappointment, but considering I have been working in Comp for a long time…I know that bonuses are not set in stone and are subject to change. Even ones that are listed on offer letters. Vast majority of time, the employers include protective language that advises they “may” adjust the compensation plan in the future.
Yup disappointment, normal feeling if something is taken away which we had taken for granted but will also be thankful considering the current market situation..
I guess it depends on the profitability of the company and why the change occurred. On one side I would be thankful to get something, but if it’s like 10% of what you normally get and it’s the only bonus you receive vs in addition to other comp, my feelings could be different. Also if the company did well and aren’t laying people off, I might feel a bit slighted.
