I was unemployed for much of the pandemic. I made up a great looking schedule, but didn't follow it for even one day. Made some adjustments, but same thing. Sometimes you really just need to take the opportunity to feel what you are feeling. Then it will all fall into place after.

I 100% agree...for a few weeks. After that, I find a lack of schedule really messes with my mental health.
I don't have one, but now that some personal issues are taken care of, I plan on trying to do better at a routine. It is good to make one as soon as possible, don't be like me.

OP, I am going to try to start my day, do job applications the first part of the day (since normally surveys and freelance are slow then), then surveys, freelance work, and family time. I do that already, but in the past I didn't set a alarm and also had family issues that I hope that I won't have now.
