My Cctc - 10 lpa I have below offers Ltimindtree - 20.5 CTC ( 18 fixed) Yash technologies - 20 fixed E2open - 20.5 fixed Syncheron - 23 fixed Globant - 21.5 fixed Citi - 24.5 CTC Please suggest which company is good in terms of wlb, good opportunity to learn The in-hand is salary for Globant, citi, syncheron is almost same.Cognizant LTIMindtree Globant Tata consultancy services (tcs)

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
