I'm having 2 year of relevant experience in data engineering.

I'm in TCS working as Technical Business analyst and have 6.20 LPA ctc with 6.5 yrs of experience joined year ago. It is my dream company and I longed to be part of tcs from college days.
I got offer from EY GDS of 14.50 LPA. For consulting role.
I'm confused if I should leave tcs which offers me flexibility and no pressure job. I don't know what kind of work environment or job security will be in EY. And how my career would advance without MBA after few years. ( I cannot do full time MBA now).

I've been contacted from a recruiting for Director of Product Development role, but looking at the job description it reads the same a Director Product Management and even reports to the VP or Product as I would expect. Is there a difference that I'm missing or are these positions largely the same?

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these. If anyone is aware of Pubmatic, is it good to join it.? Thanks
