I am a new joiner. I am interviewing for my skills at least once alternative day without knowing exact details of account or project. People just reach out on teams directly and ask me for interview evaluation, I give them hour & they disappear. When I ask for feedback they tell me I have shared my feedback in excel if shortlisted they will reach out. I am not able to understand. Why they don't have simple transparent process? Can someone tell me who has exp of all this, how to navigate

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Does anyone know how to get early release from the notice period I don't want to serve 90 days I need to spend 30 days only pls let me know what to do.
