I am a permanent employee at TCS working for client Citibank.

TCS gave green signal to Citi to hire based on quota agreements between TCS & Citi.

However , i want to switch to IRIS as corporation rather than moving to Citi as employee. This means I am switching vendor.

Will TCS/Citi bank accept to this ? Is there any blockers in this case?

Appreciate your help.

Once TCS gave a green signal to its customer, Citibank to hire you. Maybe, when you was first allocated to Citi they dealed that. TCS is big, Citi is big. If I'm right, they won't be happy if you mess their deal.I understand that IRIS is offering you a better salary for you and a fordable price for you allocation to Citi. Before trying this move, be sure that IRIS has strong relation with Citi.

I had an interview w/ the Hiring Manager at Boston Consulting Group for a position and it went so well that the HM said on the spot I was going to be moving onto the next round. Its been weeks since that interview & I've had to follow up w/ the recruiter 3x asking for an update. I mentioned interviewing elsewhere but prioritizing BCG. He finally responded to that saying he was going to debrief with the HM and get back to me but nothing... what gives?

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. What is the most realistic way to move to 200K? 1) Continue moving the ladder to a VP position, 2) Switch to Pre-Sale, 3) Switch to Consulting, 4) Work from a U.S. company from Canada.
