I am a salesforce developer with 5.5 years of experience. I have already gotten an offer from TCS for 22LPA. Deloitte is selecting me for consultant role and the max that they can offer is 19-20 lpa. Meanwhile, PwC’s offer is still not clear as they have variable component. I want to understand how to negotiate in PWC because I want at least 24 to 25 as fixed. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?
