I have a offer from CTS and I'm considering joining here but I've heard a lot of bad remarks regarding bench policy.

Now I'm worried whether i will get a project once I join here or will I get kicked out in 30 days if not.

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.

I am not sure whom to reach out to for any query and to some people whom reached they don't respond with any answer .

What can I do to get a working project as i don't want to sit idle?

Cognizant calls me twice in a week whether I am holding any other offer or not.

Does that mean they will match if I am holding another offer?

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

Is the working hours mentioned in my workspace correct? I have recently been allocated to a project and it shows timings from 11 pm -9 am..

After asking for docs , how much days it will take in cognizant for further process ?
