What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?
