i am an independent adjuster and I really want to get my AIC certification. my employer paid for the course.
Now I have 6 days to complete the exam. I have been studying, just not the way I wish I had. Sometimes weeks go by before I get back to it. I also took the exam once back in July-i rushed it and failed. I do know that I was within 3 questions of passing though. I’m terrified I will fail again and will be so embarrassed. Anyone else experience test anxiety on the AIC?

I moved to the US from Canada last August. Recently got my work permit and now looking for work. Can anyone look at my resume and give me some advise or leads on what kind of jobs I'm best suited for? I live in a remote in PA. Not many jobs around here at all. I wouldn't mind working remotely.

Anyone know of a good building for a 1bed/1bath. Need to have parking & a/c. Nice to haves is in-unit laundry, any include utilities, any amenities. Trying to keep it on the cheaper end with a max rent of 1,500, but given our line of work I can bump that up if the place is nice enough to justify the cost. Thanks in advance!

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
