I am currently a Senior Data Scientist with 6.5 years of experience, earning 25 LPA. I also have an offer from a US bank with 40 LPA fixed. I’ve cleared all rounds for Microsoft’s Data & Applied Scientist 2 role, but I feel L61 may be a downgrade for my experience.
They indicated a base range of 28–32 LPA. Before my HR discussion, please advise:
