Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

Last night I told my husband that I was thinking about getting my hair cut shorter - not short, but shorter - and wanted his opinion. He said “it’s your hair so it’s up to you.” While I appreciate his “your body, your choice” stance in theory, in practical terms, I wanted some actual thoughts by the person who sees my face every day on whether I should change my hair. Does he a) not want me to cut hair, b) want it to stay long but won’t say it, or c) not really care?
