I am currently working as Tech Arch with Infosys, have received an Offer from Accenture for Level 8, my total experience is around 11.2 years.
Can you suggest if Level 8 is right level considering my current designation of Infosys.
Also, will there be any chance of getting Level 7 if I reach out to the HR person.

Anyone know what would be a fair offer moving from the equivalent of a SM position leading tech due diligence at a consulting firm to a similar position working directly for a large PE firm (although director title there)

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

The there was a link in the email that brought her to workday and asked about non compete and salary requirements. Is this possibly good news or just standard practice?
