I am currently working in KPMG global services as an associate consultant as a workday P2P consultant and got an offer from pwc India with 35% hike for Associate level. Should I take the offer? How is the work-life culture and pressure compared to KGS?

Why accenture is doing onboarding month before joing date? Is it one of the strategy of accenture not to loose candidates? Mostly candidates will get offers during thier last 2 weeks in NP. If the onboarding in Accenture is started a month back, what if some of the candidates get offer letter from some other company after completing onboarding in accenture?

Hi.. I applied for an opportunity in UBS which I saw in Linkedin around 10-12 days back and I did receive a kind of automated email for online assessment. I took the assessment but post that I didn't hear anything. I see that job in linkedin is still accepting applications.

With A it is a generic opportunity where the work and the client would be decided after joining. But the learning opportunities would be more.

With W it was a client interview and the client is one of global leader in financial service and I really like to work with this client.

W's pay is 2-3L higher than A.

This is for Cybersecurity domain where A is comparatively better.

I'm looking to stay for long term, Please help me decide.
