Gotta research. Glassdoor has pages for most of the big names. See if you can get an idea on salary for that role there, either directly or by reading reviews. If that doesn't work, Google "company + position + your YOE + average salary" and see what it spits out.
It never hurts to ask if it’s negotiable and ask for 3k more (more likely to get it if it’s a little more if you ask for 10k more they will prob say no). You have to do the work to earn increases but most places have some wiggle room

I’m thinking I will try this for my yearly this yeah I’m so close to an even number of pay and think I deserve it. Hopefully they see it the way I do.

The grass isn’t always greener in the other side! Do your research before you think you’re getting more and then you don’t!
The mentality that I should be happy with their first offer because they are offering me a job and asking for more might offend them is rubbish. I always negotiate once i get to offer state. They expect it and any company that would pull the plug simply because you are trying to better your situation with a basic, amicable negotiation is not a company at which you would want to work. I always throw in for a bit more. Here's the rub, once they get to offer stage, they want you. It's not a let's offer them the job and offer to another and see which one we can low ball the most. Once again, if that is their attitude, run. If offering 50k don't ask for 100k, that's unreasonable but tacking on a 5% increase isn't unreasonable and maybe they come back at 3% or say our offer is max. Either way you walk away with what you already would have, or a bit more change. I've even countered a "this is our best offer" with, "I understand salary caps and operating expense budget, could we talk about a few extra vacation days? I will always try to negotiate vacation because in the scheme of things, hiring managers don't care. It isn't operating expenditure in the same way that a salary bump is. Basically, they are just brining you in at a PTO package of someone that has been there 2-3 years. I countered once at X, they came back with Y, I countered again with "I'd love to be a bit closer to X" and they said that was their final but would offer me a sign on bonus. Don't leave money on the table because you aren't confident in your worth for the company. The company isn't doing you a favor by hiring you. It is a symbiotic relationship, you are providing your hard-learned skills and expertise for fair compensation. Don't sell yourself short.
