I am done with 2 rounds of interview, first technical and second hiring manager and I was told that i will have to appear for third round (project round) where EPAM project guys will take my interview how ever it’s been a week I have not heard anything. Also HR is not responding. Is it normal in EPAM ?

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

I've noticed that my coworkers tend to work more on their own than with others, even when they're all in the office. Is this normal?
