I am expecting an offer from a D competitor and will most likely start in a couple of weeks.

Just last week i heard back from both google and amazon and I really want to make it into either one of them. Its been a long term goal and I already have interviews lined up.

My question is how do I go about communicating a job change to amazon/google? If I get an offer from either one, should I be transparent at the end or just dont mention?

Note: Staying at D is not an option. Cant stand it anym

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Do you have model to share?
