I am feeling so F’d up since I saw my comp statement. As a SSS, I only got 2.9% base change and 3.4% AIP. My new “total” is 127k with change. My ratings were SSS. Similar ratings in core got 10% at the least in both. Is this as bad as I am thinking? Did other Sr. get similar? Or am I especially pathetic?
