I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

On 6/3 I received an email from Amazon’s version of docusign to sign my offer, and yesterday 6/8 I was notified by the recruiter that my start date would be delayed to 6/20 due to background not being completed.
