I am getting the interviews. Making it to final rounds and then getting no’s. I’ve gotten to 6 final round interviews after 4+ round this year just for a “it was between you and one other person and it was a REALLY hard choice.”

What can I do to make that choice ME?!

I know it’s not the resume because I’m quickly landing interviews and making it through the interviews but it’s that last round that keeps hemming me up. I’ve even had rounds added last minute because they couldn’t choose.

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

Need advice on a specific question!
Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
