So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

I am so sick and fed up with some of the older clients at my job. I know it's my responsibility to take care of them, but they're just so sexist sometimes.

Any advice on shifting from association law to commercial real estate in FL?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

I love sales and looking to get into tech sales!
I have 7+ years of inside sales experience.
Currently in real estate but want to get into a remote tech sales position.
So far I have tried applying at company pages “career page” but no luck as of yet.
Resume is pretty strong!

Hi everyone. I have a final round pm interview coming up. I'm supposed to make a presentation and present it based on a scenario they gave me. Does anyone have any good advice on how to make sure I do well on this presentation? Could be basic from advice on the slides to how I should present it. Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

Moving down to DC soon, anyone have neighborhood recommendations? Price range $2,500 a month studio/1br. Ideally around other young professionals with a decent nightlife scene. Thanks!
