Just passed my notary public exam and going for the notary signing agent test next. I would like to gain some experience with the notary public and put the skills to the test. Does anyone have any advice regarding on how to do this? I’m trying to do this as a part/full time gig depending how it goes. I’ve heard good things and money is there. I’m trying to transition out of property management, at least the 9-5pm situation. Has anyone tried the notary signing agent gig, how has it worked out?

I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I don’t think my boss has any idea I’m looking to leave - anything I should do to not feel guilty about potentially leaving them short staffed with a ton of work? Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.
