I am having two offers one at Accenture with 12.5LPA as fixed and 21%percent variable pay and other offer is with Deloitte 13 LPA as fixed and 10% variable pay which one should I prefer?

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
