Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

You can state your expectation according to the experience you have and above what’s average in the market for this role.
You WILL definitely be asked about your current CTC one way or the other since most companies hike according to what your current CTC is plus how much experience you have in that domain.
They will check the overall experience in the role and will definitely ask you why you leaving the current org in the first place (since the tenure is just 9 months)
Think and answer in the HR Round they even calculate your CTC according to the location of the company (happened with me).
You are thinking too much, mention what is true either its current CTC or why you leaving within 9 months, there must be some reason you can share the same that will be other part will they accept it or not.
Same goes for expected CTC, there is no limit for it you can just put down what you are expecting its up to organization how much to offer based on your experience and their salary bracket for that position
Just keep it simple 😁
I just stated my expectation as you guys said and he had a harsh tone and said that you can't expect this much hike in just 9 months and offered a CTC which is 50 % from my current CTC (including variable pay). Any suggestions on this?
