This sounds like a way better deal than most from my experience reading these posts and working in plaintiffs PI for 10 years
Sounds good assuming “generate” means collections on the cases you work as opposed to cases you bring in.
On cases you bring into the firm you should get a lot more (at least in states that allow referral fees).
As long as you get a big cut of cases you bring in yourself, and you aren’t handling terrible cases, this is a good deal.
Oh that’s terrible. You need to be getting at least 1/3 of the attorney’s fee for cases you bring in yourself
Solid deal. Right on par with what we offer, touch more on the %
7.5% is good.

This is pretty damn good; do you have a separate agreement for cases you bring in? If not, definitely ask for a 1/3 of the attorney’s fees generated.
It can be hard to generate cases but your quality of life will increase drastically which IMO makes up for lower pay. Just get out there as much as possible to develop referral sources.
