Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

This is pretty common as you’d be the “local counsel.” Happens all the time in state court or federal court where one is required. You’d just charge your normal rate to review the filings before submission.
I’m not sure what you mean by a flat %, but yes, I’ve seen it as the following: FL attorney drafts answer. Sends to you as NY atty. you review. Make edits as appropriate. It takes you 0.3 to review. NY attorney sends draft to client for approval. Client approves. You file in NY as attorney. Depending on client’s policies, you either bill the FL attorney your hourly rate for the 0.3 as a vendor and it gets included on bill to client or you direct bill the client your hourly rate for the 0.3 and they pay you directly, and so on for each event you’re involved such as discovery, depos, mediation, etc.

Pro hac vice is different.
